The BPM-60 (BioProcessMonitoring) enables easy measurement of the pH and dissolved oxygen in a shake flasks. The online measured data (pH, pO2) allows the user to optimise cultivation conditions in shake flasks more efficiently. Furthermore application of the BPM leads to reproducible pre-cultures for stirred fermenter (PAT initiative). A integrated socket in the shaking table provides power and a data line without the risk of cables breaking. ISIS software monitors and saves the data (up to eight pH or pO2 parameters, all shaker parameters (CO2, shaking speed, temperature, humidity), audit trail, ...). |
