Are you interested in the fermentation conditions of your shake flask cultivation, regarding oxygen supply? Send us an e-mail with your applied shaking diameter, shaking speed, flask size, flask closure and liquid volume. We will calculate the oxygen transfer rate and give you an estimation if your culture is oxygen limited or not (tanderlei@kuhner.com).
