Are you interested in the fermentation conditions of your shake flask cultivation, particularly the oxygen supply? Send us an e-mail giving details of your applied shaking diameter, shaking speed, flask size, flask closure and liquid volume. We will calculate the oxygen transfer rate and give you an estimation about whether or not your culture is oxygen limited  (tanderlei@kuhner.com).
